Shipping

We offer free shipping to most locations in Canada!

Certain remote locations (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut etc) are excluded from the free shipping offer, we deal with them on a case by case basis, where possible we still try to ship for free.

We reserve the right to select the carrier, normally we use Purolator Ground, Tiger Courier, Canada Post Expedited or UPS Ground.

Please note: we can ship to PO Boxes only with Canada Post, no problem for us but can be slower than UPS or Purolator.

We ship from Vaughan, ON & shipping times are not guaranteed. Typically a package will take 3-7 days to arrive. If you need a guaranteed delivery time please contact us and we will try to accommodate where possible.

All shipping is trackable and fully insured against loss or damage.

Returns

You can return your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receipt as recorded by the carrier's tracking system. Please note a few important conditions for returns:

Products have to be in new condition.

You will need a return authorization number from us, please contact us at [email protected]

Return shipping is organized and paid by the customer. Please make sure to properly package the products and use a trackable shipping service.

There is no restocking fee.

You can choose between refund, credit, or exchange, subject to availability.

If the above conditions are met we will process your return within 7 days of receipt of the return. Refund is issued to the original payment method and may take a few days to reach your account, depending on the policies of your credit card company.
